I am Akongua Hemaa, Ghana born and raised.
I Formerly established My own Hair Salon Business while living in the U.S. in California, and now, I am excited about having recently started another hair salon called Sankofa Braiding & Natural Haircare Services here in Ghana.
That being said, I am also a Passionate Healer and Guide dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their true essence at My Healing Center AHOTA HEALING & WELLNESS HOME in Prampram, Ghana.
Trained in Spiritual Healing Support and Ceremony, My work focuses on spiritual alignment, energy healing, and holistic health practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit.
A key part of my approach is Kra Food Flow/Intuitive Diet, which encourages listening to the body’s wisdom to nourish both the soul and physical well being. Through mindfulness, breathwork, spiritual mentoring, and intuitive health coaching, I empower others to heal, grow, and live authentically with purpose and joy. I am a Trained Kra Flow Chef and California Board- Certified Health Coach.
